Jackson Mathew is the Chairman and Managing Director of GSL Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company dedicated to being the energy solutions partner of choice for corporations and institutions. Under his leadership, GSL focuses on enabling the decarbonisation journey of its clients through technology-driven, sustainable, and scalable energy solutions.

With a strong belief in collaboration and innovation, he has positioned GSL around a clear strategy — building partnerships with global innovators to deliver integrated clean energy and efficiency solutions that create long-term value.

Before founding GSL, Jackson spent 30 years at Infosys in senior management roles and later served as COO at Indus Tech Innovations, driving growth and digital transformation.

Abhay Kumar PK brings three and a half decades of leadership experience in marketing, operations, general management, and international business. Having held senior roles with industry leaders such as CK Birla, RP Goenka, and Motwanis, he now drives GSL’s transformation from a solar EPC company into a full-spectrum energy consulting firm.

Since 2004, he has launched multiple ventures in sustainable products, collaborating with architects, corporates, and PMCs across South India. Beyond energy, he contributes to eco-friendly materials, MSME growth advisory, and emotional health platforms in collaboration with global experts.

An IIM-trained professional, Abhay is actively involved with professional bodies such as IIID, KMA, SEEM, and TiE. He is also a published author, mentor, and speaker, passionate about sustainability and entrepreneurship.

Sebin Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master's degree in Energy Systems, giving him a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of sustainable energy technologies.

As the General Manager – Technical at GSL Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Sebin plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s technical operations. His expertise in renewable energy systems has significantly contributed to GSL’s growth and success, helping the organization achieve new milestones in clean energy implementation and innovation.

Before joining GSL, Sebin gained valuable experience with MELKER Premium LLP, a renowned EPC company in Kerala, where he worked on high-impact energy projects. He also served as Plant Manager in a tyre manufacturing industry, managing industrial operations and technical processes.

In addition to his industry roles, Sebin spent five years as a faculty member at Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre, sharing his technical expertise with aspiring engineers. Earlier in his career, he worked with Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd. (KSEB) for five years, enhancing his knowledge in power distribution and system management.
