General Manager - Technical
We are seeking a professional highly driven, result-oriented candidate with strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, commercial awareness, and leadership skills to drive execution excellence across our solar EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution and commissioning of solar EPC projects
- Drive technical planning, engineering coordination, and project delivery within timelines and budgets
- Ensure profitability-focused project execution with strong cost control
- Provide leadership to project teams, site engineers, vendors, and procurement teams
- Strategically source materials, evaluate vendors, and optimize procurement efficiency
- Monitor project quality, safety, compliance, and performance standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, DISCOMs, and government authorities
- Develop scalable systems and execution processes as the company grows
- Resolve technical and operational challenges proactively
- Ensure timely commissioning and handover of projects
- Willingness to meet commercial clients along with Sales Engineers
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in Solar EPC / Electrical / Renewable Energy projects preferred
- Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
- Commercially aware with profit-oriented execution mindset
- Expertise in procurement coordination and material planning
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy
- PMP or equivalent project management exposure is an advantage
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience preferred

Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop Commercial & Industrial accounts
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Engage with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
- Present ROI-based energy solutions to clients
- Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams
- Maintain structured pipeline records and weekly reports
Candidate Profile
- Engineering Graduate in EE, Mechanical or relevant field
- 2+ years experience in B2B or solution sales
- Experience in solar, energy or sustainability sectors preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Willingness to travel across Kerala
